Spring Stitching

March 1st  (according to some reports) is officially the first day of spring and as I only have a couple spring/Easter pillows for my tier- tray, I thought it was about time I made a few.

I had purchased the ‘Jelly Bean Jubilee’ chart book from Brenda Gervais/With thy Needle & Thread last year,

but didn’t get around to actually stitching any of the charts.   

I also have several spring charts picked out from various Punch Needle and Primitive Stitcher Magazine and other magazines, so I've really no excuse any more.  

So far I have stitched three pieces on 32ct Pale Cream Belfast Linen, using threads from my stash.

This was part of a bigger chart called Springtime Joy, designed by Theresa Curry and Brian Stugelmayer, for Needle Bling Designs that I found in a 2015 copy of Just Cross Stitch.

All I have to do now is FFO them!
