The Songbirds Garden - Forever & Ever

The first panel from ‘The Songbird’s Garden’ Series, from Cottage Garden Samplings is finished.

Number 1 is called ‘Forever and Ever’. 

It’s designed by Vinniey P. S. Tan and features two Northern Cardinals and a pair of pretty Christmas Roses.

The threads and fabric are all from Weeks Dye Works.

I used 36 count, Hand Dyed Linen in ‘Tin Roof’ and it’s been a joy stitching with the over-dyed threads… …..I just love the subtle shading! 

So that’s one down, eleven to go and next up is Merry & Bright!
